My column in this weekend’s Kingston Whig-Standard discusses Princess Anne’s 43 years of Canadian tours including two previous visits to Kingston. The Princess Royal will be in Canada from October 22 to October 25 including a visit to Kingston to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the Communications and Electronics Branch of the Canadian Forces.
